8:00 – Huddle Up – small group devotions & discussions
8:45 – Pep Rally – large group worship
9:15 – Workout #1
10:15 – Hydration & Snacks
10:45 – Workout #2
11:45 – Huddle Up – Lunch & Bible Study
12:30 – WORSHIP
1:45 – Team Competition
2:45 – Workout #3
3:45 – Huddle Up – Final Thoughts
4:30 – Dismissal Rally
